1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You may return products within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Without this documentation, we may not be able to process your return.

3. How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Before returning your product, please contact our customer service team at info@vitamals.au to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

4. Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

5. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@vitamals.au. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.

 

Exchange Process: The process for exchanges is similar to returns. Contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the steps.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as opened vitamin supplements. 
  • Sale items or items purchased with discount codes.
  • Gift cards.

7. If Purchased Through One of our Retail Partners

  • If you have purchased a Vitamals product from one of our retail partners and would like to return it, please return to the point of purchase for details of their return policy
